An Interdisciplinary Approach for the Management of the Elderly Multimorbid Patient with Breast Cancer Therapy Induced Cardiac Toxicity
CARDIOCARE plenary meeting took place on 29-30 November 2022, at FORTH facilities in Heraklion Crete, Greece.
This was the first physical meeting where all partners were present and we were glad to know each other. During the project, the progress and various issues for the implementation of the project were discussed.
