CARDIOCARE presence in IEEE BHI-BSN 2022

Jul 8, 2022

We are really happy to announce that CARDIOCARE will be present at the IEEE-EMBS International Conference in Biomedical and Health Informatics (IEEE BHI-BSN 2022) that will be held in Ioannina on September 27– 30, 2022.

A special session entitled “Artificial intelligence and Real World data for personalised support of patients with cardiovascular diseases” will be organized and supported by the EU funded projects RETENTION, CARDIOCARE, TIMELY and TAXINOMISIS.

The topic concerns artificial intelligence tools and methods developed with existing and/or new data generated by individuals, health professionals and other service providers (including but not limited to data collected through IoT enabled devices, wearables, mobile devices, data source networks or data lakes etc. collected outside the controlled environment of clinical trials). Such real world data are being collected by citizens, healthcare professionals, public authorities and industry, and the developed tools and methods or their conceptual designs aim at personalised risk prediction, prevention and intervention approaches that meet the needs of individuals.

We are looking forward to meeting you and discussing your questions!

Stay in touch for more details about the conference and special session program!
